After electricians from my HOA came by, tried to bully me from calling them back in, and then tried to gaslight me that there was no problem, Austin came in and fixed the issue within an hour (with 24 hour notice and prep time of course). Austin- Mr. Manley - was recommended to me. I had an odd issue going on and thought perhaps it was related to this ice storm, but then had concerns for safety issues and he was able to look at it right away.
